This kid is 4! Holy Moly. Where has the time gone? He is so full of life, energy, and laughter. He is so smart and way ahead of the game on everything. But he is stubborn, emotional, a passionate about what he wants to do. We love this little man! Of course we had a Paw Patrol birthday party! I had so much making this cake (as always) ! It was super delicious with a chocolate bottom layer and a lemon blueberry top layer. I always make a little extra so the layers are a little taller. I used This cake recipe but skipped the fancy vanilla box mix and used a regular one. I also used a new buttercream recipe that uses butter AND shortening and it was fabulous! It piped great and went on smooth! Also tasted GREAT! I also bought this cutter to make the paw patrol shield out of marshmallow fondant (homemade and delicious as well) HUGE chase from Amazon We had fetch sticks, bones (watermelon), and dog food (recess cereal)
